Return and Refund Policy
At Copper Spur Western Boots & Hats, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are fulfilled directly by our brand partners, return and refund eligibility may vary by item and supplier.
General Return Policy Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at support@copperspurwestern.com with your order number and reason for return. We will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf and provide return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
